Contributions to Naval Welfare & Wellness:

Since joining the naval community, Mrs. Tripathi has been an active and empathetic member of NWWA, demonstrating a genuine commitment to improving the quality of life for naval families. Her compassion drives her deep involvement in social welfare issues, where she personally engages to alleviate challenges faced by the community.

At the helm of several impactful projects, she has been a guiding force behind:

  • Sankalp: Mrs. Tripathi's dedicated involvement in Sankalp, the school for differently-abled children in Delhi, has been a source of inspiration.

  • Art Studio Initiative: During her time in Visakhapatnam, she spearheaded the establishment of an art studio, which fostered artistic and literary expression within the naval community. As President NWWA (Ezhimala), she also curated an art appreciation workshop for the Naval cadets at the Indian Naval Academy.

  • Tarsh: Her artistic vision contributed to the success of Tarsh, NWWA's block printing unit, both in Delhi and Visakhapatnam. Under her leadership, Tarsh expanded and generated increased profits. She envisions it evolving into a professional brand.

  • Balwadi and Pet Clinical: In Mumbai, Mrs. Tripathi revived Balwadi, a school for the children of domestic workers in naval residential complexes, and was key in setting up a pet clinic.

  • NAVI: As President NWWA, Mrs. Tripathi introduced NAVI, a line of products crafted from recycled materials by women of the naval community. This initiative supports women's empowerment, skill development, environmental awareness, and mental well-being.

  • NWWA Talent Club: She established the NWWA Talent Club, a platform designed for the spouses of naval personnel, giving them the opportunity to nurture and showcase their talents in a supportive environment
